Being shortlisted for the Independent Practice of the Year award is a fantastic honour for our team at Dipple & Conway.

In the past, this award has been awarded to practices that invest in cutting-edge technology, deliver highly personalised patient care, and offer a diverse range of eyewear, ensuring customers leave their appointments feeling confident and well-informed.

We’re immensely proud of our team’s dedication and the consistent positive feedback we receive from our patients. The judges will evaluate how we run our practices and the steps we’ve taken to provide the very best in optical care, from state-of-the-art equipment to a welcoming and professional environment.

Community Practice of the Year

We are equally honoured to be shortlisted for the Community Practice of the Year award, which recognises practices that go above and beyond to support their local communities.

As a local Norfolk optician with branches in Norwich, Diss, and Swaffham, we are deeply committed to giving back. Whether supporting local charities, engaging with community initiatives, or sponsoring events like this year’s Diss Pantomime performance of Jack and the Beanstalk, we take pride in being an active part of the communities we serve.

Our passion for Norfolk and its incredible people drives us to contribute wherever we can. To be recognised for these efforts is incredibly humbling, and we’d like to extend our thanks to everyone we’ve partnered with along the way; you’ve made this recognition possible.

The awards will take place during the 2025 SightCare Business Conference on January 26th and 27th at the Telford International Centre. The awards ceremony will be held on the opening night, surrounded by exciting networking opportunities and workshops.
