“Contact lenses changed my life”

Damian Conway, one of Dipple & Conway's contact lens specialists, appears in this months issue of Norfolk magazine demonstrating how more people than ever can benefit from lenses.  Damian has specialised in contact lenses for more than 35 years, and says that new scientific advances have meant that for many people the days of losing your glasses or struggling to read menus could be over. IMG_4970 A selection of Dipple & Conway's contact lens clients tell us why you should give them a try: "I'd been to a couple of opticians and they'd said I wasn't able to wear contact lenses, then I came to Dipple & Conway and I've never looked back.  It's made such a difference - people show you texts or photos on their phone and you can  see them.  And the service is brilliant, both when your lenses are being fitted and afterwards.  Your eyes are checked regularly and if you ever have any problems you can just call" Val Seaman, secretary at Spire Norwich Hospital. "I'm a desk engineer which requires a lot of time sat in front of a computer.  But I'm also a microlight pilot, which means I need to see maps and the horizon at the same time.  So in one eye I have a long distance lens and for close up in the other and it works brilliantly" Pat Fenn, engineer & microlight pilot. "I was an optician for more than 40 years and I've fitted and worn practically every contact lens that has been produced with varying degrees of success.  I've been trying out the new generation of lenses and they're the best I've ever had the privilege of wearing.  Previously there was a compromise between short and long distance vision - the latest lens from Dipple & Conway seem to achieve this" Richard Shelton, retired contact lens optician.
