Sourcing the Perfect Frames

I recently visited Dipple and Conway for my regular eye check up. As always the service from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left was, as always, great. I was booked in for a routine eye test in Norwich - I always opt for this branch as it is a good excuse to have a coffee nearby in one of the local independent shops too!

The outstanding moment for me was that the team took the time to help me source a pair of designer frames, taken as a screenshot from a tv show with, in truth very little to go on! The team took the time to compare the frames they had in stock to the ones I was hoping for, but unfortunately none were quite right. Clearly not ones to give up, the gentleman I was dealing with then spoke to his colleagues and it became a real team effort to find a pair of glasses just like the elusive pair on my phone! Remarkably between them the team then located a pair online, by Oliver Peoples, that seemed to exactly match my requirements and offered to order them into the store for me to try.

A few days on and the frames were in stock in my local Norwich branch. There was no pressure for me to purchase them at this point, rather I was able to try them on for size. They were exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for going above and beyond Dipple and Conway, I really appreciate it and my new glasses have received so many complements ever since.

These guys are the best opticians in Norwich by far.
