Here at Dipple & Conway our number one goal is to always give our customers the absolute best service, each time they walk through any of our store doors. We pride ourselves on being different from our competitors, not only with our knowledge and state of the art equipment but also on the experience we allow our customers to have whilst in our stores. From the very moment you walk in, pick up the phone or email, we want you to feel comfortable, satisfied and that you’re in great hands. 

During these unprecedented times, it’s more important to us than ever that you feel safe and comfortable. Whilst we are still operating we have put in place some extra guidelines to make sure this happens for both yourself and our team. 

Our guidelines for keeping you safe 

  • All visits must be by appointment only.
  • A postal service is available, so now you don't even need to leave home to receive new glasses or contact lenses. 
  • If you need to chat to us, we’re always available via email, phone and by video calls!
  • PPE is worn by all our staff members. 
  • We’re disinfecting any frames that are tried on, to prevent any cross-contamination within the store. 
  • All surfaces and equipment are deep cleaned each day. 
  • Hand sanitiser stations have been positioned around each practice for our customers to use.
  • Unlimited contactless payments with Apple and Android are now available. 

We truly hope that these guidelines will make you feel at ease when coming into each one of our stores and of course, as mentioned above if you would prefer to stay at home, we can always deliver glasses, contact lenses, lens cleaner and lens solution straight to your door.
