Our Diss Opticians

The Dipple & Conway name has expanded over the years, allowing our customers to choose the closest stores to them, making needed appointments more accessible.

We are very proud of all our stores and the services we offer to all customers. However, our Diss store has been a great achievement and transformation for us. With an ever-growing demand in appointments, we chose to expand and of course, with each Dipple & Conway store, there is always a story behind it.

We opened our first Diss store back in 2013, taking over A. Stodel Optometrists, this remained our home until 2018, where we invested in an old butcher’s shop. Seeming like a bit of an odd match for us, we invested over £200k into this superb building, taking it to new heights.

We completely stripped out the old butchers and renovated the building into a clean, relaxing and modern space for all of our customers, which is conveniently situated just a couple of doors down from our old spot.  

With the same cutting-edge scanners and technology in our other stores, you will receive a service that is the same level you would expect from any of our branches.

Our knowledgeable and friendly team consists of 7 members. 2 of whom are Andrew and Judith Stodel. Deciding to not leave the optical world back in 2013, they both decided to join us part-time when we took over A.Stodel.

Our Diss team hold the same values as our other stores, ensuring that every single customer is welcomed and seen to with great expertise. Always striving to give our customers the best results and experience, you can be sure that our store’s service is above any other.
