As an essential service provider we can remain open and will continue to look after your eyes as normal throughout the lockdown. We will be supporting the NHS to carry out urgent AND non-urgent services.

We want to keep you updated with the steps that we’re taking to keep you and our team safe. Many of these steps are not new to us as we already operate at a very high standard of hygiene but we wanted to re-assure all of our clients that these are the extra steps we are taking to fully comply with the new guidelines:

Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) for all staff and Plastic Breath Guards on testing equipment

Controlled frame selection
to ensure that any frame
tried on is disinfected
between clients

Deep cleaning of the
practice daily. All
surfaces and equipment
cleaned and disinfected
between clients

Hand sanitiser stations throughout the practice for all staff and clients use

Pre-appointment triage with Optometrist, if required, to limit
time spent in the consultation room

Clients seen by
appointment only and
appointments spaced out to
limit the number of clients
in the practice

Unlimited contactless payment
with Apple or Android Pay

We are gradually increasing capacity over the next few weeks and we will be in touch with you shortly if you are due or overdue an eye examination.
